About Me

I'm a young brazilian that loves to travel, it's one of the best things you can do in life and such a great experience, for me traveling is a huge opportunity and does really good to ourselves. While traveling I think it's nice to know a little about the place, so I try to eat some traditional dishes, go to street markets, find some "hidden" places as well as the touristic ones, just walk around and find these gems, all cities have so many things to offer!

As a traveller I really appreciate a good walk around, sometimes not going to a specific place and getting kind of "lost" but just to walk and see the city. Also I really enjoy a good museum, mostly the modern art ones and not the "still life" kind of paintings, but anyway I can spend a few hours on both. Lastly, I'm somewhat like a foodie, no expertise whatsoever but love to try new dishes, small local bites and all sort of restaurants.

Created CS in 2019 while I was backpacking but as a young 19 year old I was a little sceptical so really didn't use it back then. Now in 2023 I'm giving it another try and hope to have nice exchanges!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

By using couchsurfing I can get to know new people around the world and even get a friendship out of it, receive amazing tips, learn new things and get a certain sense of the local life. And being honest, as a young student I save some money as accommodation can be quite a chunk of trip expenses that I'd rather save and spend with other experiences.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2019 I made a trip that was in my dreams for years, backpacking through Oceania and Asia, visiting places that I saw on tv and never actually tough I could really be. Doing something that was for so long in my mind like this and couldn't wait to happen was a huge point in my life, loved every part of it and learned so much about the world, culture, myself and so much more as well! All the ups and downs were worth it and would love to do it again.

Since September 2021, I've been studying in Portugal and now for my third year I'm doing Erasmus in Warsaw, loving this new experience and exchange. Not a trip anymore but now really living in another country and this experience is something crazy for my younger self.

Teach, Learn, Share

Well, I can try to teach some basic portuguese to have some fun and probably one or two simple brazilian dishes, like "brigadeiro".

I'm also open to learn about your culinary, as it is something that really interests me, so be it over a "class" or going out to a staple restaurant :))
Love new things and everything is a add on!
