My name is Joaquin, im originally from Argentina and im 24 years old. I work as a physical education teacher, mostly on clubs or pools, not that much in schools. I worked three winter seasons in the US, one season in Costa Rica and i realized how much i enjoy and love travel and meet new people. Travelling has teached me that there is more good than bad people out there, that's what is all about probably, be a good person, help, and be empathy,

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My brother traveled all the way from Spain to Rusia for three months doing couchsurfing and he had a excellent experience, he knew really good people, beautifull places and ate so much awesome food. I like to know new people and hear his storys, right know im travelling, when i come back to Argentina, i would like to recieve people.
Also, when i was living and working in Costa Rica, the school/hostel was to learn spanish, surf or yoga, usually nobody use to come only to rent the room, always 1 of those 3 activities at least. Augusto (my friend) and I, we were in charge of the school and to keep te group up and the people who was staying, doing activities, fire on the beach, do a ATV tour, or something. As i can be a really energetic person, also i can be quiet and enjoy the silence, i like to share and keep time to myself without bothering the others!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Probably ride snowboard backcountry or the park terrain at Beaver Creek, the ski resort where i were working. So much adrenaline, i love that feeling. Also jump a 40feet waterfall in Montezuma, Costa Rica, i know is not that much but for me it is jaja.
Probably another amazing thing i ve done is to see the sunset at the sea in Costa Rica, seat on my surfboard, the waves coming, the water at the chest, the birds flying suuuuper close to the water and going up just before the wave breaks, the sun reeeally red, like in the Lion King, just be there, that's amazing.

Teach, Learn, Share

I teach sports, like personal training or swimming, rowing, gymnastics. Those are mostly my strong sports that i used to teach. Also, i teach Spanish, i worked teaching a few months in Costa Rica.
Learn.. i like to learn everything, anything that you dont know its enough reason to learn it.
