Im a 21 year old economics student from Rosario, Argentina. I love travelling, getting to know new places, new tastes, new smells, cultures, and most of all people. Im really intrigued by art in all of its forms but mostly i enjoy literature, music and films and i try to be openminded with everyones taste and opinion, in a way that might enrich me, thats why when i travel i try to grasps the expresions of the place, in its people and its ways of communicating their culture, their thoughtfulness and their everyday life, and the combination of both.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Its been a while since im on the site but its only now that im starting to experience it. There is no best way of getting to know a place than what the locals can tell and show you. Also, i believe in the openness and trust this way of travelling demands and generates and the bonds it might create.

Interests

I love literature, music, films and plastic arts (mostly contemporary and street artists). I also like futbol (soccer) and tennis. I also like what im studying so i like to learn about the technical stuff and the most sociological part (thats what i like the most): history, sociology and philosophie.

Music: It goes from Radiohead to Bon Iver, from Miles Davis to electronic music, from the Beatles to Chet Faker and so on, im really open minded and i try to get to know as many bands, rythims and styles as possible. And Bob Dylan! (i love folk and indie folk music)

Books: just the ones that come to mind right now: Carver, Camus Bukowski, Hemingway, Cortazar, Borges, Dylan Thomas, Nabokov, Salinger, Palahniuk, Vonnegut, Hesse, Pessoa, Dostoievski, Chejov, Baudelaire, and so it goes...

Movies: Bill Murray! Wes Anderson, Tarantino, Woody Allen, Terry Gilliam, David Fincher, the Coen brothers, Spike Jones, and much more.. and indie films also!

Teach, Learn, Share

Id like to share any music you like, any books you might think i might like and better if its local. Im also travelling with my ukulele so i could give you very basic lessons on a really fun and simple instrument to play. And if you play itd be great to jam together!
