About Me

CURRENT MISSION

good coffee place in BKK... anyone?

ABOUT ME

If I had one word I`d describe myself as hard working person, whereas my friends would probably characterise me as out-going. Well, maybe it`s a good combination of both? Why don`t you just find out yourself ;)

PHILOSOPHY

Don`t let your perceptions of your circumstances limit your possibilities.

Nothing is certain but death.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

usually I'll meet locals in those places where I travel for business. I just makes my stays more fun and interesting, I love getting insights and spending time with people in their most favourite places. As I'd be staying in a hotel I use CS not really as a couchsurfer, more like a getting to know interesting personalities.
Just recenly I'm able to offer a comfy place to surf in Bangkok. Since I'm out on business trips a lot it's a difficult match. Anyway, get in contact, we'll figure it out.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

different and only positive now. looking forward to keep it that way for both, different and positive

Interests

travelling (which I do a lot, mostly for business), motor bikes, languages (currently trying to master Thai; still on a low level), sports (as in running and Muay Thai)

Music, Movies, and Books

big fan of electronic music as in techno, minmal and d&b. however, any piece of music which is good and gets me moving I higly appreciate

as for books, where to start? mostly non-fiction. at the moment I'm caught on the history of Cambodia, especially during Khmer Rouge.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

did my semester abroad in Bangkok. in hindsight one of the best decisions (besides buying a motor bike and nargile).
Burma/Myanmar left me awestruck too, not two or three moments but basically the whole country, its culture and people.
Angkor... for those who`ve been there will understand. Those who haven`t, take the chance to go there whenever it presents itself!

Teach, Learn, Share

Have shattered knowledge to offer. If it was focused I guess I would be a teacher :) Besides, good at teaching Austrian and Thai swearwords ;)

Countries I’ve Visited
