Hello my name is Jochem Boeijenga, I am a Dutch guy who used to travel alot but now much of my energy is focused on work and my social life. I miss the interactions with foreigners alot, it's something I grew used too but now with the way my life is orchestrated it is something I really miss, that's why I decided to open up my house for anyone who needs a place to crash so I can still enjoy the travel vibe while living my life in the part of the Netherlands that I love(Friesland) and while helping other travellers out ✌️🙂 also it's not just me who lives here, I have a housemate and she is a very cool Dutch girl, she's 25 and I'm 28. We are both very social creatures ;)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I've got a very beautiful house right in the city centre with a view on the busiest square in town with markets and events happening every week, it's hard not to fall in love with the place. Everything you need is just around the corner and the train station is about. 6-7min walk. I've got a very comfy couch but also a spare 2person bed. For the people who like the stay fit we have a gym in the house. I've got 2 bikes that can be used for exploring the surrounding areas and I could also give you a tour of my beautiful area in the weekend when I don't have to work. I've got extensive knowledge of the area with all its culture and history so there is alot I could learn you about that as well. Also this house is 420 friendly and every now and then we throw a party here.
