About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Survive another year in the Northern Territory!
ABOUT ME
After a couple of years of traveling and working overseas I am back in Oz. I am currently working in Katherine and some of the remote communities in the area as a Speech Pathologist. I enjoy getting out on the weekends to go hiking and swimming in the spectacular waterholes the territory has to offer. This region is one of the most scenic, amazing places I have ever seen. I am very lucky to have this experience to live and work here! If you ever have the chance to visit, and you enjoy the outdoors, you will LOVE it!
PHILOSOPHY
DON'T be negative - about yourself or others. Support other people and encourage their unique talents. I learnt after spending some time volunteering teaching English to young monks in Nepal the value and importance of being grateful for what you have, showing compassion to yourself and others and the importance of being positive!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Best experiences of my travelling for sure! My only regret is that I didn't sign up to CS earlier. Great times, GREAT friends...too many good times to talk about! The worst part of couchsurfing is saying 'see you later' to the friends I have made! I have definitely not said any goodbyes. I really want to see these new friends again!
Interests
Outdoors! Hiking, swimming, kayaking, triathlon, running, swimming. I love trying new foods in new countries. I am an active traveller. I appreciate beautiful cities, but I also love getting into the beautiful nature!
