I am 23 years old, recently just graduated from the University of Sussex with a 2.1 degree in international business. Instead of going the standard route straight out of Uni into a job, I decided it would be a better idea to go on a gap year with my brother. We both moved back into our parents house and spent 6 months working the most random jobs you could possibly ever imagine, ranging from a lifeguard job on an obstacle course on the sea that resembles the tv show "total wipeout", to painting ourselves blue and orange to star in a suzuki advert and also working on the catering team on the set of Game of Thrones for season 5. After we saved up enough money, we've managed to go on some of the most incredible journeys all across Asia and South East Asia. Our next destination is Australia, where we need to find work again and save up for the second part of our trip to New Zealand and the USA!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would like the opportunity to meet new people and learn what it's like to live like a local in Australia! I would also like to hopefully one day repay the favour to like-minded travellers when I have my own house!

Interests

Travelling: I've been to quite a few countries so far, but I have many more to go!

Sport: Huge fan of football (soccer), basketball and Tennis. Manchester United is my life.

Hitchhiked to Morocco from Brighton (England) through France and Spain, making over £400 for schools and education in Africa.

Seen the sun rise on the Himalayas

Been on a camel safari and stayed overnight in the indian desert

Canoed in crocodile infested water on a very small kayak!

Walked in a jungle with no other protection than a guide with a stick
