Married for thirty years with three grown children. I was born and raised in El Paso and my wife is from Memphis, TN. We met when I was in the Navy. I spent six years in the Navy with three years onboard the USS Virginia.
I teach HS math and my wife provides baby sitting service for working moms and dads. She also works at the local hospital on a part time basis as a nursing assistant.
We love dogs, Great Danes in particular. We have had 5 so far and are looking to get our 6th. We also have my wife's dog, a very small Schnoodle.
We live half way between Cincinnati, OH and Indianapolis, IN. Great place to stay for a bit before heading to one of these cities. Depending on the day we might even be able to drive you to one of those cities.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We saw a girl hitch-hiking close to our town. My wife and I picked her up. She was a very lovely and sweet young lady from Turkey. We took her to her next city about 1 hour away and bought her lunch there. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation with her. She is the one who told us about couchsurfing.
