Hey, I'm Joe!

I am an art teacher and photographer from Chicago who's looking to travel the world, experience new things, and build meaningful relationships. Hopefully we can create something sweet together!

Outside of art, I tend to stay active through sports and games. I love learning new skills, so I do my best to be good enough at as many activities as I can! If you're into baseball, basketball, American football, ultimate frisbee, tennis, table tennis, pickleball, badminton, spikeball, volleyball, swimming, or water polo, we will get along just fine :) I also love to hike, bike, and surf (although my surfing needs some practice lol). Board games are my jam as well. Basically, if we're playing a game of any kind, I'm having a good time!

Currently training for a half Ironman this summer so lots of running/biking/swimming happening for me rn.

I have spent some time abroad in Italy, Australia, and Indonesia in the past. I've caught the travel bug and would love to check out some new spots as well! Hoping to meet other optimists around the world!

Really love indie and pop music. Love music with a brass section because it goes the hardest! All about the 1975, the Band Camino, Valley, Quinn XCII, Dayglow, Brasstracks, etc.

Won a free vacation to Cape Cod and a grill (lol) through a national photo contest!
