Hi! I'm a perpetual traveler and a welcoming person. I live in a small rural town in north Georgia.

I’m a retired aircraft mechanic, so naturally, I’m kind of an airplane nerd.

I love hiking, camping, reading, movies, all kinds of music, and exploring.

I try to visit Major League Baseball stadiums whenever I can. I’m not a huge baseball fan but I love the experience of going to the ballpark.

I want to get out of my comfort zone and meet new people.

I’ve used Couchsurfing both to host travelers and to find hosts while I’m on the road. I’ve had wonderful experiences all around!

Food, cooking, beer/wine, culture, music, hiking, kayaking, reading, movies.

Music - Bluegrass and folk music are my favorites, but I’ll listen to anything

Movies - Everything! I go to the movies about three times a week.

Books - Anything by Douglas Adams or Steven King.

Scuba diving in the Gulf of Aden.
