Hi there, I'm Joe, I'm 30 years old. I was living and working in London for 6 years, working in music and events. I moved back home to York a year ago and after much deliberation I have decided to go for a CELTA (English teaching) course in Lisbon for the whole of July, with the hope of finding work after I finish the course. I'll be looking for somewhere to stay during this July period.

I have an active vocation in music (im hoping for it to be a job one day 🙏... still clinging on as a wannabe musician 😂). I love staying active (football, boxing, yoga).

I'm keen to find out more about Portugal, to learn the language and meet new people. Im super easy going, relaxed, open, with quite a dry sense of humour. Never couch surfed before, this would be my first time, would love to find out more about the country. Always up for a new challenge

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
