I study German and Persian at the University of Oxford. I'm coming to the end of my year abroad, which I have spent in Iran, Germany and Austria. It's been a brilliant 12 months but I'll be happy to have a break! During my time in Iran, I used Couchsurfing a few times, either on my own or with friends. I have more surfing experience than my profile would suggest and would love to do some more. I'm tidy, easy-going and respectful so please host me haha!

Why wouldn't you be? I've been to some great places and met some great people. What's not to like? As I said, I really want to travel more with Couchsurfing and hopefully I'll be able to host people myself very soon.

Not really a huge music fan but I am partial to a bit of Adele! I love the films of Studio Ghibli, especially Howl's Moving Castle. My favourite series of books has to be Philip Reeve's Mortal Engines, I could read them forever.

As a host, I can show you all around the amazing Lake District in the UK. I have a car so you wouldn't need to worry about transportation. I also know some pretty good walks and places to visit so you should have a full itinerary.
