Hello - I'm Joe and I'm travelling around the country for a few months after quitting my job back home. I'm looking forward to meeting cool new people and seeing the best that this place has to offer! I've just spent a brilliant 3 months in the USA where I had my first taste of couchsurfing and I'm really enthusiastic about the concept!

Books: Everything Jon Ronson has written. I studied literature at university so I know a few of the classics!
Movies: I watched Birdman recently and loved it.
Music: Pretty broad tastes - I do have a particular soft spot for 'Britpop'. Big fan of Leonard Cohen too.

I'm a pretty sociable guy who likes to laugh, eat and drink. I have a few classic anecdotes which I'm happy to share with anyone. I'm also considerate of other peoples living spaces and will always clean up after myself and keep the place tidy.
