I'm Joe, I love traveling and meeting new people, sharing stories and eating food! I also love cats! I am embarking on my biggest trip ever, hitchhiking by land from York to New Zealand. I have quit my job and am setting off without a plan or an end date in site. I am going to capture the trip on video for a video blog I will start up about my travels.

To learn from other people and share my experiences. I want to get a taste for the real life in the country I am visiting and hopefully make friends all around the world.

Intereses

I live for travel, music and food. Luckily, they all seem to go hand in hand, wherever you go in the world people love good food and music. I also have a passion for photography and video making. I shall be documenting my trip as a video blog. Who knows, maybe I could also cook you a meal or two, or we can swap recipes?

I love good old fashioned rock n roll, blues, punk and anything else really. I love finding new music from around the world. My favourite movie is Pulp Fiction, anything Tarantino is brilliant though.

When I was 16 I decided I wanted to get healthy and lost 6 stone (84 pounds) to get down to a healthy weight. I still love my food though.

I can play the guitar and would happily teach some or have a jam. I love to cook and learn new meals and recipes from around the world. I also love to learn and interact with people different to myself to get a different outlook on the world
