I'm Joe, I'm 22 years old and I'm very keen to see different places and meet new people.
I've been to a few different countries now and I have a strong wanderlust to see more!
I'm incrediably open to pretty much everything, which I consider a key skill to embracing people, and learning from them.
And as interesting as similarities are I think differences are equally fascinating.
I am currently in Portugal looking for places to stay, and would be very happy to teach you English in exchange for somewhere to sleep.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The main reason is certainly to meet local people from an area, because that is my definition of what a place is all about. It's great to learn about a city and it's monuments but the people are more important in my view, and the best way it would seem to do that is to meet them!
