It's hard to hitchhike in Korea but I figure the east coast will be the perfect region to do it. Wish me good luck not to freeze my nose off-

I am a solo hitchhiker with a few bucks, hot in my pantspocket, smiling out of the corner of my mouth and spending big dollars on books I like.

Bibliophile reminiscing on the 80s that never lived through my time.

Cinefile obsessing about European new waves and British and American arthouse films.

This trip kicked off on December 31, 2023, welcomed in Kuala Lumpur with its glamarous firework sprinkling across the nervous longnight sky who had been counting down 2023 striding up and down like an excited boy shuffling his feet at a Christmas tree on Christmas Eve.

Eleven months into this trip, I've read and learnt along the way on different rides pulled over on deserted graveled roads.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's almost been two years since the first time I was on CS and I would still, from time to time, scratch the back of my head thinking about what CS is truly all about. I was blown away by stories folks told me here and it's been a real honor to hold some tremendous privileges to see the beautiful earth with lovely individuals from across the globe.

The sentimental experience a terrific motionpicture imparts on me after I saunter out the empty theater and see the beautiful counter girl away. CS has the power to show me different lives and let me experience through them.
