About Me

CURRENT MISSION

we don´t settle easily... we are out to see every bit, nook and cranny of this earth to be sure that Idaho is really one of the most beautiful places around!!!

ABOUT ME

Vagabonds at heart we are blessed to have seasonal jobs that allow us to travel at least 25% of the year.

Currently we are on a 3 month trip (Mediterranean of sorts...) through Egypt, Jordan, Turkey, Spain, & Morocco & have recently added on some pleasure pit stops(beer, chocolate, pasta, wine, YUMM!) in Belgium and Italy.

We love a crazy good time and trying new things... although a cup of tea and good conversation are often the best times of all. We aim to be best damn guests you´ve ever had! super clean & always grateful, we will be the people you wish you lived with in college.

PHILOSOPHY

Karma payment pla-an
K-k-k-karma payment pla-an.
Karma, payment pla-an.
Karma, payment pla-an

(not a haiku or anything... just a good plan for life and one of my favorite songs)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We are new to couch surfing (at least in a formal setting!) We are excited to meet some fellow travels and hopefully get to know more about the local beat of the places we visit...
and once we get home, we would love to introduce people to our BEAUTIFUL neck of the woods- and Samantha gets a chance to play "hostess with the mostest"!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

our couch surfing has been pretty amateur so far... a friendly couch to lay a drunken head.... long road trips to visit a friend or a friend of a friend...

Interests

Interior Design & Architecture. Sustainable building-living practices. Travel. Connoisseurship of microbrews and vinos. FOOD!! both cooking and eating :) We live in the mountains and love the outdoors: camping, hiking, boating, river rafting, gathering (huckleberries & morels- local specialties!!)

We are always looking for a new adventure...

altbough, I will through it out there that Joe has an insane amount of digital music.... which he travels with (and which he loves to share)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Landing on Mount Erebus in Antarctica (the southernmost active volcano on earth) was an amazing, beautiful and rare moment.
... and definitely one of those "do I seriously get paid to do this??" moments
