Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Most of my Couchsurfing experiences have not been mediated by a website, but have come up through chance meetings. I've always been astounded at the hospitality of strangers. I rode my bicycle across the country in 2008 with a close friend, and we were almost always welcomed into people's homes when we needed to be. I've also had some great experiences with WWOOF.
