ABOUT ME
I'm 25 years old and have lived in LA all my life. I grew up in a small town in North LA, and wandered down the map until I wound up in Baton Rouge. It's been a journey and a fun one. I love a good adventure, and I'll try anything twice, just to make sure I don't like it. I made a personal promise to myself to travel outside of the country at least once a year, and all up in it every year. I look forward to all the interesting people and places i'll see, although I've already met plenty of faces and seen tons of spaces.
PHILOSOPHY
Work hard play hard.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I look forward to hosting travelers, and am really looking forward to meeting new people in my own travels.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have had several friends bring their guests to my home, who have been on a couch surfing journey. I found it intriguing and a totally new scope on how to travel through this great world. I've met some fantastic people through this experience alone, and look forward to meeting many more.
Interests
I have too many to name but I'll try. I am passionate about music and film. I even dabble in screenplay writing. I am a professional drunken debater, we can debate on anything from the best monopoly piece, to the finer points of quantum mechanics, well maybe not quantum mechanics, but you get the point. I love genuinely interesting people, who inspire, and want to be inspired.

Music, Movies, and Books
The classics, anything with Humphrey Bogart, most Woody Allen movies, intelligent comedies, you name it. I love indie rock, blue grass, hip hop, and cajun zydeco music. I'll read pretty much any historic non-fiction that grips me, especially presidential biographies and untold histories.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One amazing thing that I have seen was the Western wall in Jerusalem. Although I am not particularly religious, it was deeply moving to be able to see, in person, an area that means so much to so many.
Teach, Learn, Share
It's been said that I've never met a stranger and that I'm motivational. I have no idea if either of these things are true. However, I am humble enough to say that I don't have a ton of tangible skills. I know a little bit about auto repair, but really only enough to be dangerous. I love history and would love to share, and I would love to learn a second language.
