About Me
ABOUT ME
I'm friendly, talkative, open minded, respectful, and always looking to try/learn new things (especially food) and see new places.
I like reading, writing, learning (everything from practical skills to deep abstract philosophy), languages, cycling, cooking, eating, and travelling.
PHILOSOPHY
I'm an Eastern (Greek) Orthodox Christian, and I've been to pilgrimages to holy places such as Mt. Athos and Sbor in San Francisco. One day I hope to be a married priest, and perhaps serve abroad.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I'm looking to start my couch-surfing journeys this summer.
Interests
I absolutely love History, Religious Studies, and Philosophy. I think these are important keys to understanding people and mankind as a whole. I'm interested in culture and food and the stories behind them that tie everything together. I believe that the dinner table is one of the most important things in human history, and a lot can be understood by observing a particular one. When I travel, as much as possible, I try to eat and see things the local way (not everything of course, because there are some touristy things that are still cool).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
–Eastern Orthodox Pascha (every year this leaves me elated)
-Mount Athos (especially the relics of St. John Chrysostom)
–Falling off the Roman Walls in Thessaloniki and emerging with only minor scrapes and bruises. Great day.
