ABOUT ME

22 year old yogi on the road... heading to Maui now! I grew up in Nairobi, DC, and Windhoek, Namibia, and as such, I'm enthused by most things Africa. Music and dancing is bound to get me energized.

What most people don't know about me: I am a huge fan of martial arts movies. Saw Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon when I was nine, and never looked back.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I haven't yet but I really want to! I want to stay on some people's couches and get to know them. I've never been able to host, but I'm hoping to have my own place to invite other travelers too and show them the same kindness that I have been shown.

Interests

Walking is one of my favorite things to do. There is so much to see and so much made accessible simply by walking through and around some place. I love yoga, the beach, sunshine, art, and music.

People make me tick. I talk a lot and can get a little loud, but I do love listening to what people have to teach and share about their histories.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Being bailed out by a wonderful couple in La Paz, Mexico when I didn't have enough money to buy my bus ticket. It's enough to restore your faith in humanity.
