Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I was attracted to couch surfing because I like to meet new people. Who wants to stay in a hotel when you can make new friends. Life is about connection. The more you make the happier you'll be!

The world has so much to offer, you just have to give it a chance and put yourself out there. There's nothing I won't try at least once, and usually the more adrenaline is involved the better! Life is too short to play it safe!

Music, Movies, and Books

I like pretty much any kind of music, but my favorites are rock, country, and pop. I'm an avid reader, and I love books that spark my imagination. I'm also big into movies and tv shows - if it has action or is hilarious, I'm in. Oh...and Kevin Hart is probably one of the funniest people I've ever seen.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I've seen is the human capacity for kindness. When I was in Cambodia, locals would invite us into their homes and treat us like honored guests, even though they had very little. I've seen people who were starving take food and, instead of eating it all themselves, give half to a stranger next to them they'd never met. Ecuador, South Korea, Cambodia, Mexico...everywhere I go, it seems the less we have, the more of ourselves we're willing to give.
