Born in Mumbai, studied in Middle East, graduated with a catering technology management degree from India and now a passionate Chef & Entrepreneur by heart. I am fun loving guy, loves to engage with folks from different strokes. I am passionate about health, nutrition and leading a sustainable lifestyle. I travel for food, to meet people from rural backgrounds, to learn new cuisines, to revive lost recipes & cooking techniques to mainstream markets.

I have rediscovered the love for hikes, treks, long nature walks and reach out to the vast green spaces, forest sanctuaries for my fix of nature. I plan to grow nature medicine herbs in the near future, get into tech agriculture, terrace farming, urban farming.

I recently took a year sabbatical to pursue a green career in the alternate space learning, living with small farmers, community members, rural sector, eco construction and farming.

To ensure the circular economy rule persists and that we can live in a world without money.

To explore cultures across the continent be it India or others, to explore local cuisines, local cultures, meet down to earth people just doing their thing and extending a friendly smiles and welcoming people to their homes.
