Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

Have been backpacking the Balkans for the last 3 and a half months staying in hostels and moving quite quickly, but feel like a bit of a change of pace when I start in Gdańsk in mid July and would love to meet some of the locals, learn for about the locals and culture of the countries i visit.

Intereses

huge history buff, especially ancient history
love going to national parks and nature reserves on my travels.
plans to live in Ireland by the end of the year and hoping to go back to Australia in the future after another Eurotrip with my Croatian girlfriend.
fan of all the obscure heavy metal genres, any band you throw at me i'll probably have heard of or listened to.
Used to game a lot, cut it down in recent years because of work and travel of course.
