Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The main problem I found when I travel is that I'm often too shy to talk to people (locals) to get to know the area and so I end up missing out a lot of stuff that I needed local knowledge to know. Which sucks! I want to get more real experiences in the places I go instead of the nice and clean touristy version of the city/town
