About Me
Hello! I'm Joel, an Italian lad living and working in Dublin since a few years.
I decided to move in Ireland to start a new life here, and I will start college here soon as well.
I love pizza, pasta, all the italian food of course (i'm italian ahahah), but not only that, i love eating in general.
I love Hip-hop and black music, I would say Gang Starr are my favourite band!
I will study Business this year, and I'm planning to understand every aspect of running a business so that I can have my own one day.
I love dogs, i have a cute dog in Italy, her name is Lolly.
Well i think i'm friendly, kind, and a good listener! I'd love to make new friends, go out and why not have a pint!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To find places to stay while traveling and meeting new people.
Music, Movies, and Books
My favourite music is Hip-hop, and I appreciate also RnB, funk, soul, jazz, disco, black music in general. Plus, I like rock but I don't know a lot of it, so you could show me some songs or give me a list.
If you have any suggestions for movies to watch as well I'd be so grateful as I'm a casual film watcher.
For books I mostly read non-fiction ones, like personal development, business or philosophy.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Relocating to Ireland was a great thing for me, it definitely changed my perspective over life and gave me opportunities I would've never had at home, like a permanent job, travels and so many incredible people along my way who made me evolve.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you about Italian culture, the language, and you guys should try my "Carbonara pasta", I can make it pretty good.
I can tell you about my south American background and about how I can speak four languages.
I'll be glad to tell you about the Hip-hop culture and music as well, and you can tell me about some more music I should know and about what makes you you basically.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I really don't complain, so anything goes for me, a bed, a couch, an air mattress on the ground, I can share with no problem.
In return I can bring a bottle of wine if you're into it, or some nice food, snacks, sweets, salty, you name it.
And obviously my respect and appreciation for your hospitality.
