I try not to take myself or life too seriously. I enjoy the company of good friends, having a few drinks, play some beach volleyball, cook some Asian food, or just eat ice cream in the sun.

I am working as an engineer in the energy industry, after studying a master in mechanical engineering. The life as a student has been great, but it feels good to to finally do what I studied for. I just hope I still will have the time to go on surf trips.

I try to be open to new things and new cultures. Over the last couple of years I've been traveling a lot, and I have met a lot of people from a lot of different countries. I find it interesting to hear about their cultures, and I like to learn about them while sharing my own experiences.

I support Manchester United. so Liverpool supporters can leave now. No seriously, stay. I can always enjoy a good discussion about football. And sports in general is a big part of my life I must say. The NHL is really nice to watch, and I love studying the statistics.
