I am currently in the midst of travelling Latin America with the aim to also visit Central America and Mexico in the same trip. I am travelling alongside my girlfriend Winona and we hope to be away for 1 year. I am from a rural area on the East coast of Australia and this is where I grew up. Winona and I are staying in hostels, doing volunteer work and trying to Couchsurf as much as possible. We love couchsurfing because it provides a more interesting and full-filling travel experience. We like it because we get to meet people who are also interested in cultural exchange. We have found that the people on couchsurfing are interested in what we have to say and are interested in our trip and experiences in life. We love to share these things and to also speak to the people we meet about their own experiences.
