About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I'm just trying to get these five musical scripts written before the end of the month. If I can do that, I can complete any mission you care to name!

ABOUT ME

I love traveling, snowboarding, going for coffee, and virtually all things related to the theater. I prefer to relax at home with friends rather than to go out and party, but that's only because I am deeply lazy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I occasionally host couch surfers, and I like to couch surf when I travel.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had the pleasure of hosting many friends from home, and many friends of those friends, and even some passing acquaintances of those friends, since I moved to Istanbul. Some of my guests were couch surfers, and told me about the project, so here I am.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've run a whole half-marathon without stopping to take a break.
I read the whole of Les Miserables and didn't even skim through the part about Waterloo, which was a real accomplishment for someone as lazy as me.
I once was chased around a tropical island for two days by a deranged woman with fury the likes of which hell hath no, and had to spend an evening hiding under a student's bed to escape her.
I have also had a pet goat.

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach you everything you ever wanted to know about Canadian constitutional law, but why?
I could teach you English and rudimentary Turkish.
I could probably teach you how to build a wood frame house, given the right tools and supplies, but I might shoot myself in the hand with a nail gun accidentally. That's what happened last time.

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, France, Germany, Guatemala, Malta, Morocco, Netherlands, Romania, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

Canada, Guadeloupe, Turkey
