Overview
About Me
I am winding down from two years of travel. I've been in Argentina, Mexico, and all around the US. Right now I am missing the backpacking lifestyle, but can be found around the Bay Area playing bluegrass and hacking away in AgTech.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am settled for now, so couch surfing is a good way to pay it forward and meet other travelers.

I'm always up to go hiking, play music, conjure up a meal, do yoga, play basketball, or go snowboarding.

Music, Movies, and Books
I am into the folk legends and bluegrass icons (Gillian Welch, Townes Van Zandt, Bob Dylan, Bill Monroe, Norman Blake) as well as the blues. My other music interests are scattered but include Wye Oak, Outkast, and Bill Frisell.
I've recently read the World According to Garp, Hotel New Hampshire, The Bell Jar, and Dharma Bums.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Gone to Argentina on a one way ticket, learned Spanish and salsa in Córdoba, then backpacked South America for a half-year.
