ABOUT ME

I am a web designer that hates that my job defines me.

So this, my friends, is me...

I am a lover. A fighter when I have to be (I almost drowned recently, but am alive to talk about it). A pushover when I shouldn't be. A romantic even though it kills me. I am an ardent enthusiast of words, conversation, of space and of the mind of God that created our existence. I am an admirer of artists, filmmakers, writers, and designers. I am a musician with songs to be written, chords to be played and melodies to be heard. I am compassionate about the world and the global injustices therein, believing I, along with the other "i"'s in the world, can, will, and do change the world.

PHILOSOPHY

I live in the way of revolt (read more: http://www.revolttowards.com/about-revolt.html). This revolt is one that comes about in pursuit of Father, Son, Spirit, neighbor, community, compassion, and creativity; that the kingdom of God is nearer than many of us make it out to be.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I took a train trip for 30 days across North America and this was truly amazing and I had a place to stay in each city! So much fun!

I have been to Russia 3 times to work with orphans. I traveled by myself across the US and Canada for 30 days by train. I am 26 and have owned 3 businesses and on my way to only 3 new ones as well, one people a retail space and another a coffee shop, all while doing graphic design.
