About Me
Life has been a beautiful journey, and I’m excited to see what’s next! After a year in Australia back in 2017/18, my focus shifted from self-development to seeing my place in the larger web of life. This perspective change led me to work as a sustainability freelancer for the past four years. Now, I’m taking a step back to recalibrate, reconnect, and explore where I want to invest my energy moving forward.
I’m a social person who’s grown to appreciate my introverted side as well. I love cooking for guests, having deep conversations, starting spontaneous adventures, and enjoy a mix of calm mornings and active days with sports. Looking forward to meeting others and sharing stories along the way!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on Couchsurfing because I believe every person holds a unique story, and I'm genuinely curious to discover what those are. In a world where digital spaces have made us more connected yet paradoxically isolated, we often find ourselves in bubbles where we only see perspectives similar to our own. Through Couchsurfing, I want to break through those bubbles by meeting people face-to-face, sharing real experiences, and embracing the diversity of views and lifestyles out there. It's a way to bring back authentic connection, empathy, and depth to my interactions, reminding me of our shared humanity beyond the screens.

Music, Movies, and Books
My interests are broad, though I’m often drawn to themes like the natural world, business and personal development, and spirituality. I do have one quirk — I can't go without checking IMDb or Goodreads ratings to see if something’s worth my time.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Climbing the Rinjani mountain at Lombok, Indonesia. The views were the best I've ever seen, the island, the ocean and all different islands on one side and an amazing lake with an active volcano in the middle of it was so breathtaking. This was definitely the moment i truly fell in love with hiking.
Since a couple years I also guide hike trails, mostly through Travelbase so far and it has been a wonderful adventure to facilitate this experience for others while fully living it myself aswell.
And there are plenty other things to share and talk about.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have many interests and would love to exchange thoughts on numerous topics like the natural world, philosophy, food, lifestyles and passions.
