Présentation
À propos de moi
I'm a 26 year old guy from Bristol, UK, who is currently about to begin his first working visa in Melbourne, Australia after the last few months travelling across south-east Asia. Having currently worked the last 2 years in the UK as a freelance music publicist, I'm looking forward to taking some time-out to go exploring down under!

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing
After 3 months of travelling South East Asia, through a series of unfortunate events I found myself suddenly *much* shorter on funds than I'd originally planned on being at this point in my journey. I was faced with two options, either cut my travels short and spend the last of my cash on a flight home to rejoin the 'real' world, or find somewhere to work abroad to save up more money, to allow me to continue exploring the world. Since I was in Indonesia at the time, Australia seemed like the obvious option and so... here I am.
So... yeah. I'd be lying if I said being totally broke wasn't at least part of the motivation to couchsurf (hey at least I'm not bullshitting you, right? ) but I'm also totally looking forward to meeting some cool people! If I can make some new friends, perhaps be shown the ropes of whatever new part of the world I find myself in, and am able to bring a little light into someone else's home in the process, then I'll be more than happy.
Centres d'intérêt
First and foremost, music! Predominantly of the electronic variety, but I'm very open minded. I love DJing, producing, talking about music, or simply just having a good old fashioned wiggle to it. Whatever!
I also enjoy food, drinking, jamming with mates, festivals, reading, TV shows, 'the web', yadda yadda yadda.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres
These all vary on a day-to-day basis so much that I'd be doing us both a disservice to even begin trying to answer this question.
Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue
Okay so uh... not me per se, but my dad once brought so much spaghetti, that we were able to fly to Scotland with the Air Miles proceeds. He became known as the 'Door-to-door Spaghetti Man' for a while, as he went around our neighbourhood afterwards selling off all the aforementioned packets of spaghetti. Eventually we got a mention in the national tabloid newspapers . Here's a picture of a cutting from the Daily Mirror: https://goo.gl/mwXVhp
Enseignez, apprenez, partagez
I spend an inordinate amount of time learning pointless trivia about everything and anything via that bottomless cat-vortex we know as the internet, and can probably impart one piece of random wisdom that will, at the very least, raise an eyebrow.
One of my biggest passions is finding musical common ground with someone whose taste at first glance is completely at odds with mine. I see it as a challenge, one that I will always rise to!
I'm also a bit of a tech geek and will try my best to help you out with any computer woes you may have.
Oh and I'd be more than happy to cook you a meal, of course!
Ce que j'aimerais partager avec mes hôtes
I'm a friendly, fun-loving person with the ability to find humour in almost anything. I'd be delighted to share laughter, music, wine, and deep late-night chats (serious or otherwise) about pretty much whatever, with any like-minded souls.
I value time spent with friends and loved ones above all else!
