About Me
ABOUT ME
I am a really fun person to be around! I love to laugh, play my guitar, sing and I drink socially. My primary interest is to build friendships with all types of people and I am very interested in learning about people I meet along the ride. I am a gentleman and take extra care to make those around me more comfertable. I play music for a living and have always wanted to take a trip to Dublin and jam with some Irish musicians and play in Irish bars. I also want to take the Guinness tour because I made it my goal to stop drinking until I got to Ireland and poured myself a proper pint! So while I love to drink, I haven't touched the stuff for about a year so I will have to take it slow!!
I have a really strong entrepenuarial spark and a huge affinity for those trying to make art their livelihood. I started playing guitar when I was 26 and 3 years later I quit my day job because I started making more as a musician and have never regretted a single day. Next I'd like to become a charcoal portrait artist.. I don't know why, why not? Life should be fun!! On the spring I will be studying jazz guitar and I hope to come back to Dublin every year and maybe even get a following started when I begin to close my own music.
Right now I play covers like Sublime, Dave Matthews, Citizen Cope, but I play a bit of everything to include Adelle, Warren G, Michael Jackson, and lots of fun stuff. I play pub music:)
I have twin 5 year old girls that make me so happy, I cannot express how much they mean to me. I have recently moved across the country in order to be in their lives. I'd follow them anywhere:)
This is my first try at this couch surfing thing so I will come back and update often in the weeks leading up to my trip.
Let's chat!
Cheers!
Interests
I spend most of my time practicing and playing all styles of guitar. I also love funny movies or live music with good people and engaging conversation. I am really up for anything all the time as I feed off of new experiences! New people and places are very interesting and provide me the spice of life I am after!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One time I decided to ride my sport bike from San Diego to Seattle which is about 1500 miles. I realized that cruisers are the much better choice for long trips and you should bring a tent and a sleeping bag so you don't freeze your butt off during the winter... I have many stories about trip..
Then one time I joined the Marines and realized that I should have paid more attention in highschool and went to college for art or music. It would have been time better spent for my personality. But I learned tenacity and brought that to my little music business so it wasn't all bad;)
I took a road trip last Summer by myself to visit Boston and spent most of my time going door to door to book gigs and play them. It was awesome!! It felt like an impromptu tour!
