About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Meet some interesting people and enjoy life.

ABOUT ME

I've skateboarded for half of my life, and that's one of my main motivations to travel. It's the way that I've met most of my best friends. I love the beach. I'm easygoing and happy to host anyone who is friendly and trustworthy when I have a place to do so.

PHILOSOPHY

Gratitude and smiles make life so much more enjoyable.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've stayed with a couple of people, wonderful hosts in Nicaragua, France, and Spain. I enjoy hosting travelers and getting the opportunity to hear about their adventures.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It's all been good. I get in the travel mindset when I host, and I remember that when my current job ends, I will have the opportunity to go somewhere new or revisit friends in old places.

Interests

I skateboard as much as possible, read, listen to music, daydream, write and draw a bit. Of course I also love to travel.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like articles on aeon.co, TED Talks, philosophy, music I hear in skate videos, and other random stuff.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Barcelona and Spain in general blew me away. I love NYC. I love wandering through new cities, getting lost, and finding new things. Every moment in life can blow me away as long as I'm in the right mindset.

Camping for a night on an abandoned, half-built house overlooking the ocean in France...

La Noche de San Juan in Barcelona...

Building a fully skate-able house in the woods in Nicaragua...

These come to mind quickly, but life is filled with amazement.

Teach, Learn, Share

Good conversation usually leads to everyone learning, teaching, and sharing something. I learned how to make pancakes from a couchsurfer I hosted.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Colombia, France, Japan, Portugal, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

China, Nicaragua, Puerto Rico, South Korea, Spain, Taiwan, United States
