I am an American that lived abroad for about 8 years, mainly in China. I was working in game companies making games and doing other fun stuff then started a Virtual Reality company that I can work on from just a laptop. I am just going with the wind at this point.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I traveled around a bit in South East Asia but not really much in Europe and other places so now that is what I am doing. I am not really planning it, I just want to walk the earth like Jules in the end of Pulp Fiction, just kinda go to a place for awhile until I want a change then go to the next place. I probably wont stay with any host more than a day or two. The best part of traveling or life for that matter is meeting new people, and just hanging out and telling stories and stuff back and forth.

Interests

Mainly i am a nerd/gamer type but I also often like going out and drinking until the sun comes up. My new virtual reality game i am making is about a dance club so I want to visit lots of cool clubs and bars and meet new people. I have been fortunate to lived many years as an expat and have friends all over the world but have done a poor job of staying in touch with people as I don't really use facebook or any social media.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Its a miracle i am still breathing after all the shit I have been through to be honest. I guess one thing great for humanity's sake is I invented something that thousands of people use everyday to make their lives a bit more fun, mainly for dancing in Virtual Reality.

I have so many amazing stories I can ramble on for hours, but prefer to do it face to face where there is no chance of it going viral or something. I have had about 4 near-death experiences and don't regret a single one.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Have a good time. I would like to meet some hosts who can point me in the right direction to do fun stuff in the day when they are busy or working and also like to go out at night and stuff. I would have no problem treating them to a few drinks and doing fun stuff on me.
