Overview
About Me
Jumping ship post-Brexit!
Born in the rural English Lake District National Park where I spent my childhood and teenage years. Moved to Edinburgh in 2009 to study Geology, and ended up staying after graduation and working for a wind energy company.
I'm in to almost anything that involves the outdoors, fun and meeting people. If I'm in a city, I especially like to find a nice bar and get to know the locals and travellers.
At the moment I'm in NZ for 1 year with a working holiday visa. Hoping to get some conservation / environmental science / renewable energy / sustainability work experience.
I feel I should point out that my flatmates and I hosted lots and lots of travellers (through friends of friends, Facebook groups, and Couch Surfing), but we never did it through my profile, so it is looking very lonely at the moment!
