Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm hoping for a couch to crash on along my travels and to return the favour whenever I have the conditions for that.
This is not about a free lodging. It is about meeting the people and interacting with the different cultures along the way of travel.
What's the point otherwise of travelling solo?

Interests

Extreme sports and activities. Skydiving, shark-swimming, lion-walking and of course scuba diving.
