Confident, laid-back and pretty happy with the way my life has panned out so far!

Love music, singing, martial arts, exercise, socialising. I'm an active, positive and very outgoing person who is excited about life.

I was born in Spain, lived there until I was 8, and then lived the rest of my life in England. I've particularly enjoyed the most recent years of my life (studied psychology, had a rock band, taught martial arts, discovered meditation and contemplative thought, travelled many parts of the world) and I want to learn more about how to share that richness and joy with others.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's simple - I want to open my heart to people and new experiences, and CS is one of the best ways to do it. I am fortunate enough to have made many friends through it, and I'm extremely grateful for that and the many weird and wonderful tales I have to tell because of it!

Although I am currently travelling, when I have a place that I can offer, I will definitely be offering my couch. I now understand why people host, and it's a beautiful thing.
