Hello! I'm 23 years old and love traveling and learning new languages. I recently graduated University and realized that I have been living my life according to others expectations of me. I'd like to discover who I am and what I want on my own terms, under my own timeline. The best memories of my life have been meeting new people and creating friendships, however temporary. I love learning, and by meeting new people I learn more about the world and more about myself. I am a very passionate and curios soul, I want to experience, I want to learn, I want to see, I want to live. I will be quitting my job to embark on an indefinite backpacking trip, hoping at some point to get my CELTA and start teaching, if that's what is still on my mind. I want to hike a lot and learn how to mountaineer, eventually climbing my first 6000m mountain.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I feel like it is one of the best way to get in touch with locals and experience through their eyes how they live and how they see life. I want to find alternative ways to travel.

Music, Movies, and Books

I really love folk music!! My all time favorite artist is Phoebe Bridgers but right now I'm really into Babehoven. Some artists in my cycle include Adrienne Lenker, Julia Jacklin, @, and the National. But I have also been listening to a lot of reggaeton and bachata. Currently I'm really into fantasy or thriller, and have been really liking the Good Girl's Guide to Murder Trilogy. But my favorite series has to be the Hunger games, although I'm a big fan of Jane Austen and Dostoevsky. For movies I really like the Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind, Howls Moving Castle, and Her.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I hiked Volcan Baru in Panama pretty spontaneously, which is the highest peak in the country. It was really exciting and I hope to eventually climb my first 6,000km mountain one day!
