I am currently a Master´s student at Columbia University in New York City. I received my Bachelors from Stanford University in May of 2015. I have been living in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil for the last 6 months conducting HIV/AIDS related research. I am originally from California but have lived in many places around the world either studying or working abroad within the last few years. I am studying global medicine and will be completing medical school in 2020.

I am half Lebanese and half Mexican so I am fluent in Spanish and I am currently learning Arabic. I am gay and feel very comfortable in any type of environment. If you have any questions and or concerns please feel free to get in contact with me.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I am couchsurfing because like many college students, I live off of scholarships and student loans and do not want to spend lots of money on housing. I really want to visit Colombia and I feel that this experience will allow me to grow and meet people that I would have ever met if it wasn´t for this site.

I am the first in my family to graduate high school, first to graduate college and the first person in my entire family pursuing a medical degree.
