Music, Movies, and Books

I'm a massive fan of pop music, and majored in film at university so am very into that too. I'm also into gaming as a fantastic way to tell stories, and would love to work in the gaming or film industry in the future.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've lived for a year in Hokkaido, Japan, teaching English. It was a crazy change of lifestyle with immense cultural differences. I learnt a fair amount of Japanese & a lot about Japanese culture and customs.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm a friendly, chatty guy and I'm happy to share my experiences growing up in New Zealand and Japan, and can speak English and conversational Japanese with my host. Happy to hang out, prepare a New Zealand or Japanese style meal when possible. I can recommend great films, music, books that I'm sure you'll love.
