About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Seeing, Listening, Thinking, Feeling, Experiencing.
PHILOSOPHY
For every moment in life, there is the right piece of music that expresses your feelings as nothing else could do.
Interests
Listening to music. Playing my beloved guitar. Experimenting with my Controller.
Doing sports. At the moment swimming and jogging, but also climbing, hiking, ski touring and sailing if I have the opportunity.
Photography and video. I have to admit that I'm not a master at this - but I'm proud though that I have already made some nice shots and videos I think.
Of course, I like computers, mathematics, electronical engineering and all this creepy stuff :-) Otherwise, I wouldn't study it. My big vision is to once combine technology and music in my job - at the moment very promising!
Last but NOT least, all the things that can't be just enumerated because they are far too important: Friends, going out and having a great time, holidays, sunshine, movies and books, just anything that is fun and enriches me in any way.

Music, Movies, and Books
The last and very emotional movie I've seen was "Das Leben der Anderen", which only Germans and Austrians may know... I'm open to any kind of movies, as long as they reach you and your feelings, your fears, your thoughts, your humor. They must be somehow "intense" and unpredictable - otherwise I just switch off because it's not worth watching them.
Just to list some movie I liked:
A Beautiful Mind, American Gangster, Blood Diamond, Goodbye Lenin, The Usual Suspects, Léon, Das weisse Band, Departed, Hide & Seek, Enemy at the Gates, Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas, Fight Club, Seven, Gran Torino, Inglorious Basterds (Christoph Waltz!), Lord of War, No Country for Old Men, The Ring, Room 1408, and many more...
Regarding music it's the same for me as with movies. Of course, I have favourite bands/acts, but as long as music touches me in some way, I'm open to any kind, ranging from Classical music to Jazz and from Prog/Psychedelic Rock to Electronica. Again, some of my recent favourite bands are:
The Mars Volta, Pink Floyd, Pendulum, Pat Metheney Group, Air, Muse, Buena Vista Social Club, Oceansize, Massive Attack, and many more...
Unfortunately I was a little bit lazy reading books in recent time. I'll improve this behaviour :)
