Very kind and philosophical person with a big focus on love and a true believer that nothing good can come out of negativity. As long as you have enemies you are contributing to the conflicts in our world, everyone has to be your friend for you to make a positive impact in the world. I'm trying to find out how to live this life and how it's done with harmony. The closer I get to the answer the further i get from a career. And the closer I come to the answer the further I get from the thinking brain. Life should be a direct experience, not passing through the worry and all other sorts of shatter of the brain. I can talk about this for hours if you would like to know more.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because it feels good to help people. And because I'm not a fan of buying and selling but love giving and recieving. I used to live in a camper van in Gothenburg Sweden but now I have sold it and from August 2018 I leave Sweden to hitchhike down to Spain where I will volunteer at a meditation center from 1 October. So before that I might need to borrow a shower every once in a while, I'm planning to sleep in my tent most of the nights. But if you host me maybe you shouldn't expect a party person. I mean I would love to talk about the deeper aspects of life but even though I really love life I don't have much interest left for the mundane things. Except for food, I still love food, too much! (Vegan) 😀 But I don't drink alcohol, I don't enjoy going to concerts, don't enjoy watching movies (unless they are about spirituality (not religion)), I meditate one hour in the evening and one hour in the morning and I'm a celibate etc. This may sound very boring but I call it harmony 😊 And most people like being around me. I think. And I also like helping in general no matter what it is. This being said I probably do need help sometimes. And I'm aware that I'm probably not the dream couchsurfer for most hosts but if there's anyone out there who feel in their heart, when reading this, that they want to help me then I'm sure we will have a very beautiful meeting 😊

I used to like Neil young, the band, waylon jennings, townes van zandt, john prine and like music from America and the 70s. But I don't listen to music anymore. I do read a little bit of spiritual literature but not much.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most amazing things I have done is a ten day vipassana meditation retreat. It's very hard to imagine where this can take you before you've tried it. Very very interesting. And very painful. And so wonderful and relieving.

Teach, Learn, Share

I used to think very much and had so much ideas about the future and politics but I've come to believe that our only hope is to bypass the brain. Our thoughts, and mostly our relationship to our thoughts, are near the root of the problem in the world. I know it might sound weird but I can try to explain it. I can't teach you anything but I can share my philosophy.
