About Me
ABOUT ME
I studied mechanical engineering in Colombia, when I got my diploma I work one year in an air conditionning project. I became interested in travel overseas, I got an Erasmus Mundus scholarship for doing a two-year master, so I lived one year in Barcelona and one year in Lyon, then I stayed in Lyon for doing a PhD in thermal sciences. I finish my PhD in 2013.

I want to participate by hosting, surfing, and meeting people.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I surfed two times, once in Quebec and another one in Paris.
Interests
In addition to my specific scientific work, I'm interested in philosophy, history and sociology of science.
I'm also interested in dance and music. In France, I did some shows of colombian traditional dance. I started to learn music basics and keyboard in a massive online open course.

I like asiatic films, specifically kung-fu and samurai old movies like "The 36th chamber of shaolin" and "Baby cart".
I like very different kinds of music:
- salsa: La 33, Hermanos Lebron, Fania, El gran combo de Puerto Rico, Willie Colon ...
- Music with "gaitas y tambores" from Colombia.
- French music: Les Ogres de Barback.
- Others: Rage Against the Machine, Manu Chao, Joaquin Sabina, Andres Calamaro.
