CURRENT MISSION

I'm currently earning my living as a freelance musician paired with my small business in music. I do a lot of weddings and other gigs with my party bands. Work together with a few hotells and such aswell.

ABOUT ME

What about me then ... Well. I think this is hard. Most of all I think I have ambitions. Ambitions with my career as a freelance musician. Ambitions with my partymusic-business Johan Mörk Production. Ambitions with be succesfull overall. And ambitions with life and to seize the opportunitys life throws at me.

PHILOSOPHY

Oh God, this is probably too pretentious, but what the heck :) I have four rules I live by, wich most certainly goes for my musicianship aswell:

1) Be good. Practice what you do in real life an just not on paper.
2) Be nice. You want to be the one they want to call next time too.
3) Be true. Always be as nice as you can, as long as you can still look yourself in the mirror. What goes around ...
4) Be real. You are not a pro at everything. Leard your weaknesses and strengths.

I know music. Fair and square. It's been the main thing in my life since I was 6 years old and I play most instruments with strings :) Bass in my main instrument. I'd be happy to share what I know and do for a living.

I'm also very fond of business. How to survive as a freelance musician, how to book your own gigs, how to network and so on. This is something I look forward to learn more about and to discus!
