Traveling trough Latin America

Hey Guys🌱

I am Johann, 20, from a small german town next to the french border. I finished school 2 years ago and I am using my free time to travel, see the world and learn as much as possible.🦌

My biggest passion is sport (Hopefully I will also be studying it after this trip🐸)

Over the last 2 years I was working:

In a Hostel in Lissabon (ThisisLisbon Hostel, check it out if you ever visit Lisbon, one of the best places) which was amazing bc the travels came to me, I met people from all over the world🌎 and I could learn a lot🪅.

After this I was a Kidsanimateur in a Hotel in Bulgaria. There I discovered my passion for dancing🕺 (One of my big goals for this travel is to learn latin dances!!!)

As you can tell I worked a lot in tourism, and now it's my turn to enjoy beeing one!😉

I am an allrounder who can adapt to most situations and finds joy in pretty much everything🦤

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I got the idea trough my brother, who is using it a lot. I am new to it, hoping to find out why he is so amazed by it.

I enjoy meeting people and couchsurfing feels like the perfect oportunity to get in touch with local people and to see how they really live.

It just feels like an oportunity to make friends all over the globe.

Interests

I love sports!
And I really mean every type of sport. Be it football, fitness or excessive power napping🍀 If you have any activity you like to do, be sure I am joining (even if I might not be good at it)

I speacially would like to do some nice hiking with you

Other than that I am a big fan of dancing. Please help me to learn latin dances (might be a hard work though🪵)

I am also trying to improve my Kitesurfing. If you have good spots let me know! (And I would like to learn normal surfing)

I love beeing with people as much as I love spending some time alone.

I am trying to be like sponge and to learn from everyone and everything.

On this trip my 2 goals are:

-to learn spanish (already got the basics but still a lot to improve)

-to learn latin dances (no basics, just a lot to improve😃)

I can show you my tricks and tips to eat on a budget (specially while traveling)🍌
