I do yoga as much as I can, but I have a pretty active life so I do it when time and energy is right. Ashtanga is my mother-yoga.
Gym, running and riding my bike is alao essential to me. If my body doesn't work, my mind doesn't work.

I love to party but rarely drink, but I do love to go out dancing!!
Especially in the forest, connecting with our nature <3
