Overview
About Me
I'm a linguist and an amateur film-maker/photographer. My research field is semantics, I'm really interested in how people's thinking patterns are reflected in language, how meanings are born and how languages differ in creating meanings.
I'm fascinated by peculiarities of different cultures and I like to talk to foreigners.
I'm actually rather introverted, but my curiosity still led me to create this account. :) And so far so good, my experience with couchsurfing has been amazing!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because I love stories and people might have interesting stories to tell. Especially travellers. And I just like the idea of couchsurfing in general, locals always know the best places and it's nice to have someone who treats you like a friend waiting for you when you go to a new place.
I believe that people you meet on your way leave greater memories than the touristic sights.
