Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want get a deeper understanding of the cultures of the countries I visit and I think a good way to doing is to stay with a local.

I think it is really interesting how people can perceive the same thing in a totally different way and how people's lives can be so different but still so alike. I also love meeting new people. Everyone has a unique story to tell and it's amazing what you can learn from one person!

Interests

Few of my interests are sports, outdoor activities languages, cultural learning and psychology

Since I was little I have always enjoyed sports. Now I mostly do boxing and kayak but also like hiking and other sports especially those where I can be in nature.

My interest on languages and culture mostly started when I went on exchange in Italy. I learned to speak fluent Italian and made really good international friends that tought me so many things about the world that I never would have known. I really want to know more about other cultures and I think that one language can open thousand doors for you.

I also really like psychology! I like to know how our mind works and why we do certain things and what and how things affect us. I find it so interesting that I spend my free time reading or watching documentaries about it :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I love almost all kinds of music but one of my favorite singers/bands are Tom Rosenthal, The beatles, mumford & sons and so much more.
My favorite show is the Ellen show. I really like ellen's positivity and her humor. She has done so many great things for so many people and she makes me feel like I can have a good impact on other people's lives as well.
